Designed with a tall shaft, these boots are made from veg leather with a heel that slightly tilts inwards. Shaped for an pointy-toe design, it has a pull tab at the back, a wide elastic insert and rubber padding above the leather sole for added comfort.

Our returns are free and easy. We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means...
- clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
When you try on shoes, please do so on a soft, carpeted surface so that the soles are not damaged and return them in their original shoe box as it is part of the product.
For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.
How to return:
1. On the returns note, fill in the return code for the garment you are returning and include this in the package.
2. Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely and attach the pre-paid DPD label included in your parcel.
3. Drop the parcel off at a DPD parcel shop of your choice. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.
4. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

What delivery options do I have?
You can choose between Standard Home Delivery, Standard Pickup Location, Express Home Delivery and Express Pickup Location:
Standard Home Delivery (6 € / Free over 125 €, 3-5 days):
We will deliver your purchase within 3-4 working days after receiving your order confirmation.
Standard Pickup Location (6 € / Free over 125 €, 3-5 days):
We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation.
Express Home Delivery (12 €, 1-2 days):
We also offer a next working day delivery for orders placed before 7.30pm Sunday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Express Pickup Location (12 €, 1-2 days):
We also offer a next working day delivery for orders placed before 4:30pm Monday to Friday and before 1:30pm on Saturday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Delivery to a Pickup Location: select Standard Pickup Location or Express Pickup Location as delivery option in the checkout and search for a convenient Parcel Shop by entering a postcode. If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID and the Pickup code as well as their own ID.
We are unable to ship to Aruba, Curacao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Saba and Sint Eustatius.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
Items ordered in the Netherlands can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in the Netherlands. We do not ship to the overseas territories (Aruba and the relevant territories of the (Dutch) Antilles).
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to us.
